An excellent experience . Each of the dishes were put together superbly. The Chicken Sukka, Pork Belly, Sizzler, everything was great. The veg Chowmein..it tasted excellent just wish there were some more vegetables in it. Our host Neena ,who is also part of the owner family, was great. She gave us excellent suggestions and made it a memorable experience. There are lot more dishes that we want to try. We will surely be back !!

They are incredibly hospitable here and passionate about sharing Nepalese cuisine. My friend and I went in for an early dinner and found that we were the first guests to arrive for the evening. The staff were especially attentive to us--the owner took the time to walk through the menu with us in detail, explaining dishes, what we might expect, and offering their suggestions when we asked their recommendations. Other guests soon filed in, but service remained incredibly thorough, and the restaurant ambience was calm and beautiful for a night of great conversation. We ordered a Khana set each, and they warmly explained what each item was and how to eat it with the rice. Through our meal, they checked on us, let us know that if we wanted more rice that we need only ask, and even provided a hot chili sauce sample should we want to experiment with upping the spiciness of our food. Everything was delicious. The food was fresh, wholesome, and felt lovingly and carefully prepared. The restaurant interior is beautiful as well, with warm lighting and open spacing for a comfortable and non-rushed time spent with good company. Ashburn is lucky to have such a gem in the neighborhood! Somewhat hidden in plain view in an unassuming strip-mall, I highly recommend you make a visit!

Had a wonderful time! I must start with how kind the service was, the different options were explained in detail and suggestions were given. Food was delicious and brought out in a timely manner. Will definitely return! As a heads up to some of the negative reviews mentioning the 18% service fee, it is clearly stated on the menu, it isn't hidden or "sneaky" in any way, and they dont ask for any additional tip, it isn't even an option on the receipt and they dont even give you a pen. I actually prefer this.

Overall, it was a good experience. Most of the things we had was very authentically made. We had goat bhuttan which was could and had plentiful portion-size (if anything, can be made even more crispier), chowmien was top-notch, and Dal-Bhat Thali was pretty good. I am docking one star (its more half a star to be fair) because of the Paneer curry that they had, which was neither authentic Nepali nor any good. It was perhaps a version close to Indian style that Americans like (one with sourcream/yogurt and butter) but my god, it didnt taste good. Please consider rethinking that. I’ll come back to try more on the menu soon. P.S.:I’m glad they at least had momo in their name because when i first saw Roadhouse Grill, I thought it is an American place.

Roadhouse Momos & Grill in Ashburn is hands down the spot for the most authentic and best momos in the area. From the moment you walk in, the restaurant’s design stands out, beautifully done, warm, and inviting, making it a great place to dine in and enjoy the experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive, and is always up to make a recommendation. As for the food, the Water Buffalo Momos are a must-try: flavorful, handmade, perfectly cooked, and truly authentic. The wings and Chatamari were also excellent and pair really well with the rest of the menu. If you’re looking for authentic Nepali momos, great service, and a well-designed space, Roadhouse Momos & Grill is an easy recommendation. I look forward to my next meal here.

We had lunch at RoadHouse Momo & Grill yesterday, and it was our first time ever trying Nepali food. What an incredible introduction. My friend and I shared the chicken momo and the goat curry with rice, and both were absolutely delicious. The momos were perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and the goat curry was rich, tender, and deeply satisfying. Every bite felt authentic and thoughtfully prepared. What truly elevated the experience was the wonderful staff. Neena, who served us, was warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about the food. She took the time to explain the dishes, made great recommendations, and made us feel right at home. Her hospitality made our first Nepali dining experience even more special. Amazing food, kind service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to try something new and exceptional.

My first time having Nepalese food. I enjoyed the seasonings and service. The young man was very kind to explain and recommend dishes. The atmosphere was laid back but also upscale in a sense. Feel like it’s a regular Tuesday night spot or a get dressed and have a nice meal place. The service was exceptional and the price was very reasonable. They auto gratuity (18%) and myself alone trying two dishes was only $37.

Just finished up a delicious meal here and I must say this place is absolutely worth it! Authentic Nepalese dishes packed with flavor. We are fans of dumplings and so we tried the Momo Sampler which had a few different types of momos. Unfortunately the buff wasn’t available because of this time of year but definitely gives us a reason to come back. The spices gave them a unique taste full of flavor I wasn’t expecting and haven’t experienced before with similar dishes. We also ordered the Aloo Tareko which was a nice riff on a savory potato pancake kinda dish. We followed all that with a chicken dish similar to butter chicken. Lo siento, forgot the name but peep the picture. We had some dessert too and barely rolled out of there afterwards. Each time a dish came out the kind waiter took a moment to explain the dishes to us which was great. I appreciate that. Great spot and with the x6 on the BILT card this is definitely a no brainer if you are feeling adventurous or craving Nepalese cuisine.
